Role Description Tibb’s Frankie is expanding with new outlets across premium locations in Mumbai, and we’re looking for passionate hospitality professionals to join our team.

We’re seeking individuals with a polished professional presence,



excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of premium hospitality.

If you have experience working with reputed cafés, fine-dining restaurants or leading hospitality brands, we’d love to hear from you.

Qualifications

- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage politely and professionally with diverse guests.
- Basic cash handling, point-of-sale (POS) operation, and billing skills for efficient and accurate order processing.
- Ability to maintain cleanliness, food safety, and hygiene standards in the service and dining areas.
- Good communication skills in English and local languages; transparent, respectful, and confident interaction with customers and team members.

Salary: Rs 15,000 - 20,000
