Role Description The Front Desk Representative is a full-time, on-site position based in Dwarka. This role is responsible for greeting visitors, managing check-ins, and directing guests or clients to the appropriate contacts or departments. Daily tasks include handling incoming phone calls, responding to inquiries, managing appointments or reservations, and maintaining a clean, organized reception area.

Representative also supports basic administrative tasks such as recording visitor information,



sorting mail or packages, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth office operations. This role requires a professional demeanor, consistent customer focus, and the ability to provide accurate information in a timely manner.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service, Receptionist Duties, and handling Reservations.
- Candidates should possess professional communication abilities, including clear verbal and written Communication and proper Phone Etiquette.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include basic computer literacy (email, calendars, office software), strong organizational skills, and attention to detail.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and maintain a courteous, welcoming attitude at all times.
- Prior experience in a front desk, hospitality, or administrative support role is preferred but not mandatory; familiarity with Dwarka or local surroundings is an advantage.
