True Form is hiring a Front Desk & Membership Sales Associate!

You will be the first point of contact for our members and future members, owning the front desk experience and supporting membership sign-ups and renewals. If you’re friendly, organized, and motivated by helping people reach their fitness goals, we’d love to meet you.

Responsibilities,

- Greet members and guests; maintain a welcoming experience
- Manage front desk operations (check-ins, phones, scheduling support)
- Conduct tours and convert prospects into memberships
- Follow up with leads and support membership renewals
- Track goals and maintain an organized sales pipeline
- Keep the front area clean, stocked, and on-brand

Requirements,

- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Comfortable with sales and follow-up
- Reliable, positive attitude, and able to work in a fast-paced workplace
- Fitness/gym experience is a plus (not required)

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
