We are looking for experienced and motivated US Freight Brokers with at least 1 year of experience in the US freight brokerage industry. The ideal candidate should understand the US trucking and logistics market and have the ability to manage and grow a book of business.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a book of business in the US freight market.
- Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with shippers and carriers.
- Negotiate competitive freight rates and maximize profitability.
- Source and book loads while ensuring smooth shipment execution.
- Coordinate with carriers, shippers, and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries.
- Track shipments, resolve operational issues, and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve individual performance and revenue targets.
Requirements
- Minimum 1+ year of experience in US freight brokerage.
- Understanding of the US trucking industry, load booking, and rate negotiation.
- Experience managing loads and building relationships with shippers and carriers.
- Robust communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment and grow a book of business.
