Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Freight Dispatcher role based in Noida, supporting US-based logistics operations with a salary of up to 50,000 per month.

The Freight

Dispatcher will coordinate daily freight movements, schedule pickups and deliveries, and assign loads to carriers and drivers while ensuring on-time performance and cost efficiency.

Responsibilities include managing dispatch boards, monitoring shipment status, updating tracking systems, and communicating proactively with customers, drivers, and internal teams. The role involves handling documentation and compliance requirements, resolving operational issues, and escalating exceptions or delays as needed.

The Freight





Dispatcher will also collaborate with the logistics and operations teams to optimize routes, maintain service quality, and support continuous process improvements.

Qualifications

- Experience in freight dispatching or logistics coordination for US-based operations, with robust understanding of freight forwarding, routing, and scheduling.

- Proficiency in using logistics, TMS, or dispatch software, along with solid MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook) for tracking and reporting.

- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact clearly and professionally with customers, drivers, and partners.

- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple shipments, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.

- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling documentation, records, and shipment updates, with a focus on compliance and service quality.

- Willingness to work US shift hours as required, and to operate on-site in Noida as part of a collaborative operations team.

- Relevant experience in logistics, supply chain, or transportation; a diploma or degree in logistics, business, or a related field is preferred.

- Knowledge of US geography, transportation regulations, and carrier practices is an advantage; prior experience with international freight is a plus.
