Oversight: - Oversee the development process to ensure the MVP is delivered within 2 months. - Ensure 90% of project milestones are met on time. - Continuously improve and scale the platform based on user feedback and technological advancements.4. Team Leadership and Collaboration: - Build and lead a high-performing technical team. - Achieve an 85% team satisfaction rate in quarterly surveys.5.
Quality
Assurance and Security
- Implement best practices for code quality, security, and performance.
- Ensure zero critical security incidents in the first year and beyond. Key Skills:
- Robust hands-on experience with any programming languages (Javascript, Python, Java)
- Frontend frameworks (Svelte, React, etc)
- Cloud infrastructure,
microservices architecture, and AI integrations.
- AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
- Containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
- CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- FastAPI, Flask or Django
- Align technical strategies with business goals, ensuring long-term scalability and adaptability.
- Proven ability to lead and mentor engineering teams to high performance.
- Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and align team efforts.
