- Develop and deploy an initial predictive model within the first 2 months.
- Achieve high accuracy on test datasets.

- Establish robust data pipelines within 2 months.
- Ensure high-quality data input for models.

Evaluation and Iteration:
- Implement a system for continuous model evaluation and improvement.
- Show improvement in accuracy each month.
4. Integration:
- Successfully integrate the predictive model into the platform within 2 months.
- Continuously enhance the model based on user feedback and new data.
5. User Feedback and Improvement:
- Incorporate user feedback to refine the model.
- Conduct monthly feedback sessions and implement insights.
Key skills:
- Machine learning algorithms and model development.
- Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
- 2 years of experience with software development in any programming language
- 2 years of experience with data structures and algorithms (Either industry or academic)
- Strong ability to analyze complex datasets.
- Creativity in developing effective models.
- Effective teamwork with cross-functional teams.
