The Role

We are looking for a proactive, research-oriented and highly organised individual to work directly with the Founder across strategic research, innovation, stakeholder engagement and special projects.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct industry research, competitive analysis and strategic research.

Support new initiatives, innovation and special projects.

Prepare research briefs, presentations and professional documents.

Coordinate meetings, communications, follow-ups and schedules.

Track priorities, action items and project progress.

Support stakeholder outreach and institutional engagement.

Who Should Apply?

Solid research,



writing and communication skills.

Excellent organisation, initiative and problem-solving abilities.

Proficiency in presentations, documentation and productivity tools.

A high-ownership mindset and the ability to work independently.
