About HooklinkHooklink is a creator-focused SaaS product that helps content creators, influencers, personal brands, and Instagram marketers automate their Instagram conversations. From automatically sending DMs when someone comments on a Reel to capturing leads and improving engagement, Hooklink helps creators turn attention into action.

We’re building a product for the creator economy, and we’re looking for a proactive, curious, and ambitious Founder's Office Intern to work directly with the founding team and help us scale the business.

What You'll Do1. Growth & User Acquisition

- Research and identify potential users, creators, influencers, and agencies for Hooklink.
- Execute user acquisition campaigns across Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
- Experiment with different growth strategies to drive sign-ups, activations, and paid conversions.
- Reach out to creators and potential partners to introduce Hooklink and build relationships.
- Track campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve growth.

2. Founder’s Office & Business Operations

- Work directly with the founders on strategic initiatives, research, and day-to-day priorities.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer research.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and actionable insights to support business decisions.
- Help streamline internal processes and coordinate cross-functional initiatives.
- Take ownership of projects from ideation to execution.

3. Customer Success & Product Feedback





- Interact with users to understand their challenges, needs, and expectations.
- Help onboard new users and improve their first experience with Hooklink.
- Collect feedback, identify recurring problems, and share insights with the product team.
- Explore ways to improve user activation, retention, and subscription conversions.

4. Content & Marketing Execution

- Brainstorm campaign ideas, creator collaborations, and product-led growth initiatives.
- Support the execution of social media campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities.
- Identify trends in the creator economy and Instagram marketing ecosystem.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to turn ideas into measurable experiments.

5. Partnerships & New Opportunities

- Research potential partnerships with creators, influencer agencies, and marketing communities.
- Explore new acquisition channels, distribution opportunities, and revenue opportunities.
- Help build outreach pipelines and maintain relationships with potential partners.

Who We're Looking For
- Someone who takes initiative instead of waiting for instructions.
- Strong communication, research, and problem-solving skills.
- Interest in startups, SaaS, creator economy, digital marketing, or entrepreneurship.




- Comfortable speaking with users, reaching out to strangers, and building relationships.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results.
- Comfortable using tools such as Google Sheets, Notion, AI tools, and productivity platforms.
- A bias toward action, experimentation, and learning.

Bonus points if you:

- Have previously built a side project, run a social media page, or worked with a startup.
- Understand Instagram creators, influencers, and digital marketing.
- Have experience with sales, growth marketing, community building, or business development.
- Enjoy working with numbers, analyzing metrics, and finding practical solutions.
