We’re looking for a curious, resourceful builder with 1–2 years of experience to work closely with our founders across product, market launches, partnerships, and growth. You’ll help us figure out what to build, where to expand, and how to make the company work better. Then you’ll get involved in making it happen.

Some days, you’ll be exploring a new market or speaking with a banking infrastructure partner. Other days, you’ll be prototyping a product idea, building an internal tool, or helping turn a promising opportunity into revenue.

The common thread: understand the problem, exercise positive judgment, and carry the work through.

What you’ll work on

Market launches: Research opportunities, understand customer needs and local requirements, and work with our teams to bring new offerings to market.

Product decisions: Turn customer conversations, partner capabilities, and business needs into clear recommendations, prototypes, and experiments.

Internal tools: Build tools and automations that remove repetitive work and help people across the company get more done.

Partnerships: Find and engage potential partners, including banks and infrastructure providers, and help move relationships from initial conversations to working partnerships.

Revenue: Identify commercial opportunities, support customer conversations,



and help turn ideas and partnerships into measurable business.

You’ll own defined projects from discovery through execution, working closely with the founders and the teams involved.

Who you are

- You have 1–2 years of experience in product, an early-stage startup, solutions, partnerships, or another role where you’ve taken meaningful ownership.
- You have product instinct: you ask good questions, understand who a solution is for, and can decide what is worth building.
- You already use Claude, Codex, Cursor, or similar tools to build working prototypes, internal tools, or automations.
- You can explain technical ideas clearly and hold a thoughtful conversation with a customer, engineer, or banking partner.
- You write clearly, follow through, and ask for help when it matters.
- You enjoy learning unfamiliar things and making progress when the path isn’t fully defined.
