Develop and optimize cosmetic & personal care formulations Perform lab trials, stability, and compatibility testing
Research new raw materials, actives, and formulation systems
Prepare formulation sheets, SOPs, and batch documentation
Ensure compliance with GMP, ISO, and quality standards
Support scale-up from laboratory to production batches
Coordinate with QC, production, and packaging teams
Troubleshoot formulation and process-related issues
Assist in current product development and reformulations
