Role Description The Food and Beverage Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi, supporting daily restaurant, bar, and in-room dining operations.

Responsibilities include assisting with food and beverage service, setting up and clearing tables, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in service areas, and ensuring orders are delivered accurately and promptly. The role involves welcoming guests, taking and relaying orders, responding to guest requests, and providing courteous,



efficient service in line with brand standards. The Food and Beverage Assistant also helps with basic food preparation tasks as directed, replenishes supplies, supports buffet setups, and coordinates with kitchen and front-of-house teams.

Adherence to safety, hygiene, and quality standards, as well as timely reporting of issues to supervisors, is expected.

Qualifications

- Strong Food & Beverage knowledge and practical experience in Food Service.
- Basic Food Preparation skills and ability to follow hygiene and safety guidelines.
- Excellent Customer Service skills with a guest-centric approach.
- Effective Communication skills, including clear verbal interaction with guests and colleagues.
- Previous experience in hotel or restaurant operations is an advantage.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Skilled appearance and adherence to uniform and grooming standards.
- High school diploma or equivalent; certification in hospitality or food & beverage service is a plus.
