Role & responsibilities

- Knowledge of Different type of pumps such as centrifugal, axial flow dosing pump, water ring vacuum pump, screw pump etc.
- Good knowledge of repair and maintenance SS reactor, Glass lined reactor, Heat exchange, RVD , ANF, graphite heat exchanger etc,
- Knowledge for repair and maintenance of agro chemical plant equipment
- Should know about different type of gear box and thoroughly knowledge of the same.
- Knowledge for different type of mechanical seal and its uses.
- Valuable knowledge of preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance of equipment and maintain Documents.
- List out Critical equipment spares and maintain inventory.
- Equipment History Card maintain.
- Maintain Daily log book

Preferred candidate profile

- Good technical knowledge, troubleshooting, oversight, and diagnosis of agrochemical plant equipment




- Uses for different type of mechanical tools and tackles such as Vernier caliper, dial gauge, filler gauge etc.
- Good knowledge of preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance of equipment.
- Good knowledge for equipment alignment technique and how to use dial gauge during equipment alignment.
