We are looking for an experienced and strategic finance professional to join our team as AGM – Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;) at our Head Office in Gurugram. The incumbent will play a key role in driving the organization’s financial planning process, including annual business plans, long-term strategic plans, quarterly forecasts, and performance analytics. This role requires strong financial modeling skills, business acumen, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Financial Planning & Forecasting

- Lead and coordinate the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) process in collaboration with business and functional teams.
- Drive the Long-Term Strategic Planning (LTP) process with insights on industry trends, financial goals, and strategic initiatives.
- Prepare and manage quarterly rolling forecasts, including revenue, cost, margin, and capital expenditure forecasts.

Performance Analysis & Reporting

- Analyze key business metrics,



variance analysis (budget vs actual vs forecast), and provide actionable insights to management.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and management reporting packs for leadership and board presentations.
- Partner with business units to understand key drivers and improve forecasting accuracy.

Financial Modeling & Scenario Planning

- Build and maintain energetic financial models for scenario analysis, business case evaluations, and investment decisions.
- Support M&A; evaluation and integration analysis, if applicable.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Collaborate with Accounting, Business Finance, Strategy, and Operations teams to ensure alignment across planning processes.
- Support leadership with ad-hoc financial analysis and strategic decision support.
