One of our early-stage AI portfolio building in the consumer-facing MedTech space is looking for a Financial Controller to join the business and help the Founder scale the finance function.

Responsibilities

- Own and execute all financial operations for multiple entities across the US and India
- Oversee and ensure adherence to all statutory compliance requirements for both regions
- Develop and maintain financial models to support the company's strategic planning
- Manage the budgeting and forecasting process
- Oversee the company's internal controls, cash management and audit processes
- Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including investors, banks, and auditors.
- Support fundraising efforts

Requirements





- 5 to 7 years of experience in finance controllership, accounting, or a related field
- Prior experience managing US entites is a must
- Building the finance function from 0-1 for a scaling AI company excites you
- You understand budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting like the back of your hand
- Past experience working in B2C SaaS or MedTech is an advantage
