Skills and Qualifications

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial modeling tools.
- Experience with financial reporting and budgeting software (e.g., Hyperion, SAP, or similar).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex financial data clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data and trends to provide insights and recommendations for business improvement.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.
