Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Finance Executive role based in Kochi.

The Finance

Executive will handle day-to-day financial operations, including preparation and review of financial statements, maintenance of ledgers, and support for monthly and annual closing activities. The role includes managing financial reporting, monitoring cash flows, and ensuring accuracy and compliance in accounting records.

Executive will oversee Goods and Services Tax (GST) calculations, filings, and reconciliations, while staying up to date with relevant tax regulations. The position also involves analyzing financial data,



supporting budgeting and forecasting, assisting with audits, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to improve financial processes and controls.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Finance knowledge and the ability to prepare and interpret Financial Statements.
- Candidates should possess experience in Financial Reporting and maintaining accurate accounting records.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in Goods and Services Tax (GST) compliance, including filings and reconciliations.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to review financial data, identify trends, and support decision-making.
- Relevant academic qualification in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field (e.g., B.Com, M.Com, MBA in Finance).
- Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with accounting/ERP software.
- Solid attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and ability to meet deadlines.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Prior experience in corporate finance or accounting, preferably in technology or distribution sectors, is an advantage.
