Manager – Finance Automation including Budgetary Control & CAPEX

Location: Eastman Auto and Power Limited – Gurugram

Role Overview The Manager – Finance Automation will lead automation at group level including budgetary control, financial planning, Key Financial Controls, Consolidation & reporting, Capex/Opex control etc. The role focuses on Strengthening the Financial Control & Monitoring based on Automated systems and ensure improving accuracy, visibility, and efficiency in financial decision-making through automation.

- Assess Current Processes: Conduct gap analysis of existing financial workflows to identify high-impact automation opportunities across budgeting, planning, reporting, and control functions.
- Technology Evaluation & Implementation: Evaluate, recommend, and implement robust financial automation platforms that align with the organization’s digital roadmap.
- Consider Integration: Ensure seamless integration of selected tools with enterprise systems such as SAP (FI/CO), Tally, and Candour, and configure modules in accordance with financial governance frameworks into unified reporting dashboards.
- Configure Software:



Set up and configure the automation software internally or with the help of outsourced partners.
- Test and Validate: Test and validate the automation processes meeting with requirements & objective of the organisation.
- Train Staff: Lead change management initiatives, including training programs for finance teams to enable effective utilization of new automation processes and systems.
- Ensure governance and control mechanisms in automated financial processes to ensure regulatory compliance and mitigate financial risk.
- Partner with finance leadership and IT teams to implement advanced planning tools.

Requirements

- 10–15 years of experience in Finance Transformation / Automation.
- CA / MBA Finance with exposure to digital finance tools.
- Solid knowledge of Finance including budgetary Control, FP&A;, and CAPEX/OPEX Control & management, Consolidation & Reporting etc.
- Familiarity with SAP (FI/CO modules) and Tally.
- Exposure to automation and planning tools such as SAP BPC, Anaplan, UiPath, Power Automate, Alteryx.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional finance automation programs.
