As a Finance and Accounts qualified at Eastman Auto & Power Ltd, you will be responsible for managing the financial activities of the company. This includes preparing financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, managing budgets, and conducting financial analysis to support decision-making. You will collaborate with various departments to streamline financial processes and provide insights on financial performance.

Additionally, you will assist in audits and financial reporting, while maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records.

1. Maintaining General Ledger: Updating and maintaining the general ledger, which includes recording all transactions, adjusting entries, and reconciling accounts.

2. Accounts Receivable (AR): Managing foreign Debtors, their Reconciliation & Forex Gain & Loss booking.

3. Accounts Payable (AP): Managing accounts payables by processing invoices, verifying expenses, and ensuring timely payment to vendors and suppliers.

4. Vendor Reconciliation:



Monthly reconciliation of Vendor statements with the general ledger to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.

5. Collection Plan: Preparation of Monthly Collection Plan & Daily tracking with Actual.

6. Bank Reconciliation: Daily basis bank reconciliation of all foreign entities.

7. Intercompany Reconciliation: Intercompany reconciliation of all foreign entities.

8. Financial Reporting: Assisting in the preparation of financial Schedules for internal and external stakeholders, such as management reports, tax filings, and regulatory compliance requirement.

9. Audit Support: Assisting with internal and external audits by providing documentation, explanations, and support as needed.

10. Recording Transactions: Documenting financial transactions by entering account information into accounting software or ledgers.

11. Knowledge of TDS & GST will be added advantage.
