This is a Fixed Term Contract role.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage financial budgeting, reporting, internal controls, and statutory/trust compliance activities for the organization.
- Provide procurement and thematic support in coordination with donors, NGO partners, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to organizational systems, processes, and governance requirements.
- Conduct NGO audits and periodic field visits to review project implementation,



compliance, and scope of work.

Desired Knowledge & Expertise:

- Solid understanding of CSR/Charitable Trust operations, including compliance requirements related to FCRA, Darpan Portal, Charity Commissioner regulations, and 12A/80G registrations & renewals.
- Experience in managing statutory and trust compliance requirements for NGOs, foundations, or charitable organizations.
- Prior experience as a Secretary of a Trust will be an added advantage.
