Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Finance and Accounting Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, financial records, reporting, and compliance activities. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of accounting principles, strong analytical skills, and the ability to maintain accurate financial data while supporting the company's financial objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and accounting transactions.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, receipts, and other financial documents.
- Perform bank reconciliations and verify financial transactions.
- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Monitor cash flow, expenses, and outstanding payments.
- Assist with GST returns, TDS compliance, and other statutory filings.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, vendors, and internal departments.




- Maintain proper documentation of financial records and supporting documents.
- Assist in budgeting, financial analysis, and cost control.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable accounting regulations.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.

Qualifications and Requirements

- Practical skills and relevant experience matter more than formal qualifications.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Familiarity with Tally ERP/Tally Prime, MS Excel, and accounting software.
- Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
- Good numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently as well as in a team.
