What You’ll Actually Do Visit customer sites across the our operating region ( Punjab, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand, J&K;) to install, commission, and configure office equipment — printers, copiers, EPABX systems, projectors, video conferencing units, digital kiosks Diagnose and repair faults independently — hardware, software, and network-related Train end users and operators at customer sites after installation Build and maintain a service documentation database — every job logged, every part tracked Proactively pitch AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts) and MPS contracts to customers during service visits — this is a revenue-generating role, not just a repair role Achieve consumable and repeat sales targets from your existing customer base Respond to breakdown calls within committed timelines and close them without escalation wherever possible What We’re Looking For Must-have: Minimum 2 years of hands-on field service experience with office equipment — copiers, printers, EPABX, or networking Diploma or degree in Electronics, Electronics & Communication, Mechatronics,



or Instrumentation Comfortable working independently in the field — no one looking over your shoulder Willing to travel within the Punjab, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand, J&K; region occasionally.
