Candidates must have prior experience in lending or loan sales and be comfortable with field-based responsibilities. Roles & ResponsibilitiesIdentify and acquire potential customers for loan products.
Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, and application procedures. Assist customers with loan applications and documentation. Conduct field visits and support customer verification. Follow up with customers regarding loan applications and repayments.
Build and maintain robust customer relationships. Achieve assigned sales and business targets.
Eligibility
CriteriaMinimum 1 year of experience in a lending background or loan sales department is mandatory. Freshers are not eligible. Must be able to communicate in Tamil. Should have good communication and customer-handling skills. Must be comfortable with field sales activities.
