EOX Secure Solutions Private Limited is looking for a proactive and responsible Field Requirement Executive to collect client requirements, conduct field visits, analyze local manpower salary details, and support the Operations team in manpower planning and deployment for security and housekeeping services.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit client locations to understand security and housekeeping manpower requirements.
- Collect details regarding manpower strength, duty hours, salary structure, and scope of work.
- Conduct field surveys to understand site conditions and operational requirements.
- Collect and analyze local market salary data to support quotation preparation.
- Identify potential clients and current business opportunities through field visits.
- Coordinate with clients, Field Officers, and the Operations team to gather accurate information.
- Assess manpower requirements and support operational planning.
- Prepare and submit daily field visit reports and requirement updates.
- Support the Operations and HR teams in manpower planning and deployment.
- Follow up on client requirements and maintain proper documentation.

Eligibility Criteria




- Any Degree preferred.
- Freshers can also apply.
- Candidates with experience in field operations, client coordination, facility management, security services, or housekeeping will have an added advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and report preparation.
- Willingness to travel to client locations and nearby districts.
- Ability to collect data, analyze requirements, and coordinate with different teams.
