Job Role:

Co-ordinate with Collection agencies for process orientation.

Maintaining Trackers for the discrepancies and cases.

Field visits for Problem resolutions.

Handling Critical cases and frequent visits to resolve the same.

Set DRRs for the agencies and FE and track them.

Swapping ECS mandate Maintain Attendance Register of Agency.

Reconcile Money receipt books.

Co-ordinate with bank for Financial Performance reports(FPR).

Handling Agency report Audits.

Co-ordinate with agencies for referral cases.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership : -Recruit, train, and manage a team of agency executives.

Provide guidance, coaching, and motivation to the team to achieve Collections goals.

Monitor and evaluate the performance of Field Executive and implement improvement plans when necessary.

Collections Strategy : -Develop and implement effective Collections strategies to drive business growth.





Set Transparent Collection targets and KPIs for the team and ensure they are met or exceeded.

Relationship Management : -Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.

Collaborate with other departments within the organization to ensure seamless customer service and support.

Compliance : -Ensure that the agency operates in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in policies.

Reporting : -Prepare regular Collections reports and provide updates to senior management.

Analyze Collections data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Coordinating with agencies for collections.

Visiting high value customers for collections.

Maintaining the Collections MIS of agencies and own allocation.
