Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

- Visit different residential societies, apartments, and commercial properties.
- Meet Society Managers, Facility Managers, RWA/AOA members, and other decision-makers.
- Identify requirements for security guards, housekeeping staff, and maintenance services.
- Collect contact details of interested customers and potential clients.
- Generate genuine leads and share them with the sales team.
- Maintain daily records of society visits, customer enquiries, and leads generated.
- Follow up with potential clients whenever required.
- Achieve daily and monthly lead generation target

Preferred candidate profile Field Sales, Lead Generation, Business Development, B2B Sales, Facility Management Services, Security Services, Housekeeping Services. Candidates should have experience in society visits, client interaction, and generating genuine business leads.
