The Field Coordinator will be responsible for driving community health entrepreneurship initiatives in the Dahanu region under the joint collaboration of Plustrust and ACG. A primary focus of this role is to identify and recruit local women to become successful Community Health Entrepreneurs (CHEs), empowering them to lead health outreach and build reliable livelihoods within their communities.

Key Responsibilities

Women Entrepreneur Identification: Actively scout, identify, and shortlist local women from rural and tribal areas of Dahanu who have the potential to become Community Health Entrepreneurs (CHEs).

Targeted Outreach & Mobilization: Lead targeted community outreach activities to raise awareness about the Plustrust and ACG program, specifically engaging women's groups and local self-help groups (SHGs).

Field Supervision & Mentorship: Conduct regular field visits (minimum 8 visits per month) to mentor, supervise,



and support the women CHEs directly at their work locations.

Event & Camp Coordination: Arrange local healthcare camps, awareness sessions, and interactive outreach booths in collaboration with the women CHEs.

Data Management & Reporting: Track workflow progress, maintain the Management Information System (MIS) regularly, and submit weekly progress updates to the Program Manager.

Requirements & Qualifications

Language: Fluency in Marathi and Hindi is highly preferred to build trust and communicate effectively with local women in Dahanu.

Travel: Must be willing to travel extensively across the rural and tribal blocks of Dahanu for field visits and community mapping.

Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, basic data-entry skills, and a passion for women's empowerment and rural healthcare.
