An F&B; (Food and Beverage) Manager oversees all food and beverage operations within a hotel, restaurant, resort, or corporate establishment. They are responsible for managing staff, maintaining quality and service standards, controlling costs, and driving profitability.

Core Responsibilities

- Operations Management: Direct day-to-day operations across outlets (dining rooms, bars, room service, banquet facilities). Ensure compliance with local health, safety, and hygiene standards (HACCP/FSSAI).
- Financial Performance: Formulate and manage F&B; budgets, monitor cost of goods sold (COGS), track labor costs, and implement pricing strategies to maximize profit margins.
- Menu Planning & Inventory: Collaborate with executive chefs to design and update menus based on culinary trends, seasonal availability, and profitability. Oversee inventory audits and supplier vendor contracts.
- Team Leadership & Staffing: Recruit, train, schedule, and evaluate front-of-house and kitchen staff. Foster high service standards and maintain workplace safety culture.
- Customer Experience: Handle guest feedback and complaints promptly.

Key Requirements & Qualifications Requirement Details Education - Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or Business Administration.

Experience 3–5+ years of progressive experience in F&B; management or supervisor roles in hospitality.

Key Skills P&L; management, POS systems knowledge, staff scheduling, inventory software, vendor negotiation.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Food & Beverage Cost Percentage: Maintaining cost targets (typically 28%–35% combined).
- Guest Satisfaction Score: Customer ratings on service quality, food taste, and ambiance.
- Revenue Targets: Achieving sales goals for dining, catering, and event operations.
- Labor Cost Percentage: Controlling overtime and maintaining optimal labor-to-sales ratios.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
