Role Description The Fashion Sales Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad, responsible for delivering a high-quality, personalized shopping experience. Day-to-day tasks include engaging with walk-in and appointment-based customers, understanding their style preferences and requirements, and recommending suitable custom-made garments and accessories. The role involves taking accurate measurements, coordinating with tailoring and design teams, managing order details, and following up to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

Executive will also support visual merchandising, maintain store presentation standards,



and contribute to sales targets through client relationship building and upselling. This position requires consistent in-store presence, a strong fashion sense, and a customer-first approach.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated ability in fashion retail sales, client advisory, and personalized styling, with a strong interest in menswear and current fashion trends.
- Strong customer service and communication skills, including active listening, clear presentation of options, and professional, inclusive interaction with diverse clients.
- Basic knowledge of garment construction, fabric types, and measurement techniques, with attention to detail in recording orders and specifications.
- Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems, maintaining sales records, and handling cash or digital payments accurately.
- Ability to work in office in Hyderabad, including weekends and peak seasons, and collaborate effectively with design, tailoring, and store teams.
- Previous experience in fashion retail, luxury or bespoke clothing, or customer-facing roles is preferred.
- Minimum educational qualification at the high school level; a diploma or degree in fashion, retail, or business is an advantage.
