Preparation and review of the Company’s SEC reporting (Annual Reports, 10-K’s, 10-Q’s, 8-K’s and XBRL filings as required). Areas of focus may include the following:
· Balance Sheet
· Cash Flow Statement
· Various footnote disclosures
Basic Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably public accounting as part of it, and CPA
- Proficiency in SEC reporting requirements and US GAAP
- Solid communication and analytical skills
- Experience working within a global matrixed organization
- Strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, Oracle
- Experience working with Workiva is a plus
