The Sr. Manager/AGM of Exports Sales will be responsible for leading and managing the export sales function of the company. This role involves developing and implementing strategic sales plans to expand the company's international market presence. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in sales, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to foster relationships with key stakeholders across different regions.

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive export sales growth in target country.
- Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to expand market presence, drive revenue growth, and identify new business opportunities for our OEM business in the countries.
- Identify and evaluate potential markets, customers, and distribution partners within the assigned regions, and establish strong business relationships to expand market share.




- Actively prospect and acquire new customers and distribution channels, leveraging industry contacts, trade shows, etc.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with existing customers and distributors, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and budgets to senior management, providing regular updates on sales performance and market trends in target countries.
- Trademark (Brand) Registration and Certification: Get brand and trademark registration and pre-shipment certification in the target country.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and conferences to promote our products and services and expand our network of contacts.
