The Export Finance role at Eastman Auto & Power Ltd involves managing financial operations related to export activities. This includes ensuring that all financial transactions comply with international trade regulations, preparing and analyzing financial reports, and liaising with various stakeholders to facilitate smooth export processes. The candidate will be responsible for assessing credit risk for international customers, coordinating with banking institutions to secure export financing, and supporting the sales team in pricing strategies for export products.

This position requires a deep understanding of foreign exchange management, trade finance instruments, and export documentation.

1. Hands-on experience in preparation & finalization of Financial Statements.

2. Should have good exposure in Financial Planning, Budgeting, Variance Analysis and decision-making

Preparing Monthly / Quarterly / Annual budgets and financial forecasts in coordination with operations and corporate finance teams.

4. Should possess excellent knowledge and exposure to Indian Accounting standards.

5. Hands on experience in handling & Coordinating Statutory & Internal Audits.

6. Generating monthly accounting reports / Financial reports as per management's requirement.

7. Finalization of Monthly Profit & Loss account.

8. Should have good knowledge MS excel, churning informative reports in quick fractions.

9. Should have valuable work exposure to Banking activities including Import & Export documentation.

10. Preparing & maintaining statutory books of accounts.

11. Coordination with external auditors, tax consultants, banks, and regulatory authorities

12. Hands on exposure to Daily Accounting, Monitoring of Account Payables, maintaining vouchers, Filing / Book-keeping etc.
