Job Summary

Brownie Circle is looking for an experienced and passionate Café Chef to prepare a variety of desserts, baked goods, sandwiches, and light meals. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in dessert preparation, sandwich making, and café kitchen operations while maintaining high standards of food quality, taste, presentation, and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare brownies, cakes, pastries, and other desserts as per the menu.
- Prepare sandwiches, grilled sandwiches, paninis, and other café-style savoury items.
- Handle food preparation, cooking, assembly, and presentation.
- Maintain consistency in taste, portion sizes, quality, and presentation.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients and monitor inventory levels.
- Minimize food wastage and maintain efficient use of kitchen supplies.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and follow food safety standards.
- Ensure timely preparation and serving of customer orders.
- Monitor the quality and freshness of ingredients and finished products.




- Maintain kitchen equipment and report any maintenance requirements.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth day-to-day kitchen operations.

Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience as a Café Chef, Bakery Chef, or in a similar culinary role.
- Hands-on experience in preparing desserts, brownies, cakes, sandwiches, and paninis.
- Knowledge of baking techniques, sandwich preparation, grilling, and food presentation.
- Understanding of food safety, kitchen hygiene, and proper ingredient storage.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a rapid-paced café environment.
- Strong teamwork skills and a customer-focused approach.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a café, bakery, dessert shop, or casual dining outlet.
- Relevant culinary training or certification.
- Knowledge of inventory management, portion control, and food wastage reduction.

Salary: As per experience and industry standards. Interested candidates can share their updated resume along with details of their relevant culinary experience.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹36,000.00 per month
