Overview: This role will support the execution of Nilaya Anthology's content strategy across digital, retail, PR, exhibitions, and partnership channels to ensure consistent brand storytelling across all our customer touchpoints. Key Responsibilities

● Develop and lead Nilaya Anthology's overall content and editorial strategy across digital platforms, retail experiences, exhibitions, cultural programming,

PR and brand partnerships.

● Own the brand's editorial voice and ensure consistency across all customer-facing communication.

● Lead storytelling for products, designers, exhibitions, collaborations, campaigns and cultural initiatives.

● Own the content ecosystem across the website, social media, newsletters, events, retail communication and in-store experiences.

● Develop and implement retail content strategies that enhance customer engagement, product discovery and the overall in-store experience.

● Oversee content production across photography, videography and editorial shoots, including creative briefing, planning and quality control.





● Serve as the central point of contact for all creative agencies and external collaborators, managing workflows, timelines, approvals and delivery across internal teams.

● Manage relationships with the PR agency, photographers, videographers, writers and other creative partners.

● Identify opportunities for PR, partnerships and cultural collaborations that strengthen Nilaya Anthology's brand presence.

● Build and maintain a central content and knowledge repository, including editorial assets, product information, designer profiles, exhibition documentation and brand resources.

● Develop scalable content systems, workflows and documentation that improve operational efficiency and cross-functional collaboration.

● Track content performance across digital platforms and campaigns, using insights to optimise strategy and support business objectives.

● Manage content budgets, production timelines and external resources to ensure high-quality execution.
