Job Title: Executive - MIS & Logistics

The Executive - MIS & Logistics will be responsible for managing and optimizing the logistics operations of the organization while ensuring accurate and timely reporting of management information systems (MIS). The primary focus of this role is to track and analyze data related to supply chain processes, inventory management, and distribution. The executive will act as a bridge between logistics operations and management by providing insights and reports that drive decision-making and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain and update logistics MIS reports and dashboards to reflect real-time data on inventory and supply chain status.
- Analyze logistics data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate logistics activities and ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Monitor and track inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock availability to meet business needs.
- Prepare and present regular reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and operational challenges.
- Support the development and implementation of logistics strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Assist in the evaluation and selection of logistics service providers and negotiate contracts as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and best practices in logistics management.
