ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking an experienced, high-ownership, and strategically minded Executive Assistant to Managing Director (EA to MD) with 8 to 12 years of multi-functional experience. In this role, you will act as a strategic partner and force multiplier to senior leadership.

You will bridge strategy and execution across key business verticals—including Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Logistics, HR, and Customer Experience. Beyond executive operations, you will actively own and drive digital marketing strategies, content creation, brand positioning, and cross-functional growth projects.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Digital Marketing & Growth Strategy

Lead and oversee digital marketing campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, SEO/SEM, and influencer networks to drive D2C customer acquisition and retain subscription users.

Partner with growth teams and agencies to optimize Performance Marketing spend, ROAS, Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), and Customer Lifetime Value (LTV).

Direct email marketing campaigns, WhatsApp Business automation, push notifications, and app-based loyalty/retention workflows.

- Content Writing & Strategic Communication

Draft compelling copy for website, mobile app landing pages, product announcements, email newsletters, and promotional messaging.

Own corporate communications, founder branding content (LinkedIn posts, industry thought leadership, media releases), and internal newsletter communications.

Review, refine, and maintain brand voice across all digital touchpoints, customer communication channels, and packaging/collateral copy.

- Strategic Business Operations & Cross-Functional Governance

Act as a key strategic liaison between the Founder/Leadership and department heads (Logistics, Sales, Warehouse, Finance, Marketing, HR) to align project deliverables and monitor operational workflows.

Track company-wide OKRs/KPIs,

ensure accountability across business units, and follow up proactively on critical corporate initiatives and milestone deliverables.

Lead high-priority ad-hoc strategic projects, market expansion studies, product launch readiness reviews, and process optimization initiatives.

• Executive Decision Support & MIS Management

Consolidate daily, weekly, and monthly operational, sales, and financial performance metrics into actionable business intelligence dashboards and MIS reports.

Prepare high-level strategic decks, investor presentations, board meeting materials, and executive summaries (PowerPoint/Excel).

Analyze operational bottlenecks, unit economics, and last-mile delivery efficiencies to recommend actionable business improvements.

- Leadership Enablement & Workflow Oversight

Manage complex schedules, prioritize appointments, organize leadership calendar, and ensure smooth daily time management for senior leadership.

Lead executive and cross-departmental reviews, document Minutes of Meetings (MoM) with transparent owners, and rigorously track actionable points to closure.

Oversee executive communications, confidential records management, and strategic correspondence.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

- 8–12 years of progressive experience in Founder’s Office, Strategy & Operations, Brand/Digital Marketing, or Business Management roles. Prior experience in FMCG, Dairy, D2C, E-commerce, or Food & Beverage is strongly preferred.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Commerce, or Strategic Communications.
- Solid understanding of performance marketing channels, D2C sales funnels, SEO/SEM, content strategy, and digital consumer engagement.
- High proficiency in Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Google Workspace, and MIS/data analytics frameworks.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a proven ability to write compelling copy and interface smoothly with senior stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams, push projects across the finish line, and operate with high autonomy, confidentiality, and sound business judgment.
