Key Responsibilities

- Cost Estimation &
- BOQ:

Review tender drawings, specifications, and project documents to prepare comprehensive quantity take-offs and Bills of Quantities (BOQs).

- Pricing &

- Rate Analysis:

Conduct detailed rate analyses for equipment, materials, and labor to formulate competitive and accurate cost estimates.

- Vendor &

- Supplier Coordination:

Source and evaluate quotations from vendors and subcontractors to secure optimal pricing and specifications.

- Tender &

- Proposal Preparation:

Assist in drafting complete tender documents, technical compliance sheets, and formal commercial proposals.

- Reporting: Maintain detailed documentation of estimation records, cost databases, and regular estimation status reports.

Qualifications &

- Requirements

- Education: B.Tech degree in Electronics &
- Communication (EC), Electrical &
- Electronics (EEE),



Information Technology (IT), or Computer Science &
- Engineering (CSE) is preferred.

- Experience: Minimum 1 year of hands-on, relevant estimation experience in Fire Alarm Systems, Firefighting Systems, MEP, or related engineering projects.

- Key Skills:

- Strong proficiency in reading technical drawings, schematics, and specifications.

- Excellent numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- Proficiency in MS Office (especially MS Excel) and relevant estimation/CAD software.

- Explicit communication and interpersonal skills for vendor and team coordination.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
