Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled ERP Developer responsible for developing, customizing, implementing, and maintaining ERP applications to support business operations. The candidate will work closely with internal teams to understand business requirements, improve system functionality, and ensure smooth integration of ERP modules.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, customize, and maintain ERP applications based on business requirements.
- Analyze business processes and translate functional requirements into technical solutions.
- Develop and maintain ERP modules, workflows, reports, and dashboards.
- Troubleshoot technical issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions.
- Manage ERP integrations with third-party applications and other business systems.
- Optimize application performance and ensure data accuracy and system reliability.
- Perform testing, debugging, and deployment of ERP enhancements.
- Collaborate with Finance, HR, Sales, Operations, and other departments to understand system requirements.
- Maintain technical documentation, system configurations, and development records.
- Provide technical support, resolve user issues, and assist with ERP upgrades and enhancements.

Required Skills and Qualifications




- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in ERP development, customization, and implementation.
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Java, C#, PHP, or JavaScript, depending on the ERP platform.
- Experience with SQL databases and database management.
- Understanding of ERP modules, business workflows, and system integrations.
- Knowledge of APIs, web services, debugging, and version control tools.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Experience
- Experience with ERP platforms such as ERPNext, Odoo, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar systems.
- Experience in ERP customization, report development, workflow automation, and third-party integrations.
- Understanding of business processes in Finance, Inventory, Sales, Procurement, and HR.

Note: The specific technical requirements and experience level will depend on the ERP platform used by the organization. Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
