About the RoleVSP – Black Diamond Media & Production Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a confident, proactive, and well-connected Entertainment PR & Strategic Partnerships Specialist to represent our original animated entertainment project and build relationships across the entertainment industry.

The role will initially focus on representing our project to investors and producers, reaching out to OTT platforms, and creating opportunities to pitch our intellectual property to relevant industry stakeholders.

As the role evolves, the candidate will take ownership of broader public relations activities, including media publicity, press releases, entertainment media relations, brand positioning, and strategic communication.

We welcome candidates with relevant experience in animation, film, television, OTT, entertainment PR agencies, or media production.

Key Responsibilities1.

Project

Representation &

• Industry Outreach

- Represent the company's original animated IP professionally to investors, producers, studios, and entertainment industry stakeholders.
- Communicate the project's creative vision, concept, positioning, and commercial potential.
- Identify relevant industry contacts and establish professional relationships.
- Coordinate meetings, presentations, follow-ups, and project-related communications.

2. Investor & • Producer Relations
- Research and connect with potential investors, producers, production houses, and strategic partners.
- Initiate conversations and coordinate opportunities to present the project.
- Prepare professional pitch emails, project introductions, and supporting communication materials.
- Maintain relationships with relevant stakeholders and track ongoing discussions.
- Work closely with the internal team to communicate the project's creative and business objectives.

3. OTT Platform Pitching & • Partnerships




- Identify suitable OTT platforms and relevant content acquisition, commissioning, and partnership teams.
- Reach out to OTT decision-makers and initiate conversations regarding potential project pitches.
- Coordinate pitch meetings and follow-ups with platform representatives.
- Prepare compelling project introductions and professional outreach communications.
- Research platform content requirements and identify suitable opportunities for the company's animated IP.

4. Entertainment PR & • Media Publicity
- Develop and execute PR strategies to increase the company's visibility within the entertainment industry.
- Build relationships with entertainment journalists, publications, media houses, and digital entertainment portals.
- Draft press releases, media pitches, company announcements, and project updates.
- Identify opportunities for interviews, features, articles, and entertainment industry coverage.
- Plan publicity activities around project announcements, milestones, launches, and other key developments.
- Monitor media coverage and maintain reports of PR activities and outcomes.

• Strategic Communication
- Help establish the company's identity and position its original animated IP within the entertainment market.
- Maintain consistent messaging across project pitches, media communications, and stakeholder interactions.
- Identify relevant entertainment events, industry networking opportunities, and partnership prospects.
- Coordinate with internal creative and management teams to ensure accurate communication.
- Track outreach activity, meetings, follow-ups, media opportunities, and partnership progress.

Required Skills & • Qualifications
- Minimum 1–2+ years of relevant experience in public relations,



entertainment PR, media relations, film publicity, or industry outreach.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Confidence in presenting and representing creative projects to external stakeholders.
- Strong networking, relationship-building, and follow-up abilities.
- Experience drafting professional pitches, outreach emails, press releases, or media communications.
- Ability to research and identify relevant investors, producers, OTT platforms, and media contacts.
- Strong organisational skills and a proactive, results-oriented approach.

Preferred Industry BackgroundCandidates with experience in any of the following areas are encouraged to apply:
