Role & responsibilities

- Own and grow a portfolio of existing customers by driving satisfaction, retention, adoption, and measurable value.

- Build trusted relationships with key customer stakeholders and align Benchmark Gensuite solutions to their business goals.

- Create and manage straightforward customer success plans covering priorities, milestones, risks, early wins, and success metrics.

- Identify renewal, expansion, and deeper-engagement opportunities based on customer needs, usage, and adoption maturity.

- Coordinate with delivery, support, product, and commercial teams to resolve issues and ensure a positive customer experience.

- Proactively monitor customer health, adoption gaps, and value realization to help customers achieve long-term success.

Preferred candidate profile





- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Science or Masters Degree in Business

- Administration

- 5-6 years of experience working in Customer Success, Relationship Management, Account

- Management, or similar role.

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel and PowerPoint required.

- Ability to be flexible and adaptable.

- Ability to prioritize, execute projects, and manage time effectively.

- Empathetic, customer-first attitude.

- Experience with SaaS required.

- Strong communication interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.

- Willingness to travel and adapt to changing schedules and environments.
