Job Title: Junior Engineer – Mechanical Department: Production / Quality / Maintenance Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Experience: 0–2 Years Job Responsibilities 1. Monitor daily production activities and ensure production targets are achieved.
- Inspect components according to engineering drawings and quality standards.
- Operate and monitor machines as per standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Identify defects and take corrective actions to reduce rejection.
- Maintain daily production and quality reports.
- Follow 5S, Kaizen, and workplace safety standards.
- Coordinate with production, quality, and maintenance teams.
- Support continuous improvement activities to improve productivity and product quality.
Required Skills - Basic knowledge of mechanical engineering.
- Knowledge of engineering drawings.
- Knowledge of measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper and Micrometer.
- Basic understanding of 7 QC Tools.
- Knowledge of 5S, Kaizen, and SOPs.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Experience 6 months of experience in the automobile industry at Imperial Auto.
