- Submit lesson plans on time (≥90%) and track student progress through fair assessments and timely feedback

4. Qualifications & Skills

- Graduate/Postgraduate in English; B.Ed preferred
- Solid English communication (training support available)
- Proficiency with technology and willingness to use smart classrooms
