- Perform comprehensive testing and validation of inverters, batteries, UPS systems, and energy storage products.

- Execute functional, performance, environmental, reliability, and endurance testing.

- Verify product parameters against design specifications and testing protocols.

- Analyze test results and identify design or performance deviations.

- Conduct root cause analysis for product failures and recommend corrective actions.

R&D; Support

- Assist in new product development and prototype evaluation.

- Support PCB-level testing and troubleshooting activities.

- Participate in product improvement and value engineering initiatives.

- Collaborate with design, quality, and production teams during product development cycles.

Documentation &
- Reporting

- Prepare detailed testing and validation reports.

- Maintain records of test data, observations, and corrective actions.

- Generate performance analysis reports and technical presentations.

- Ensure compliance with internal quality standards and testing procedures.

Quality Assurance

- Conduct quality audits and random product inspections.

- Validate production samples before product release.

- Monitor product consistency and performance parameters.

- Support field failure analysis and product reliability studies.

Team Leadership &
- Coordination

- Guide technicians and junior engineers during testing activities.

- Train team members on testing methodologies and quality standards.

- Coordinate laboratory activities for effective test execution.

- Ensure timely completion of assigned projects and validation schedules.

Technical Support

- Investigate customer-reported technical issues.

- Provide technical solutions related to inverter and battery applications.

- Support service and sales teams with technical expertise when required.
