- Perform manual testing of Loan Origination System (LOS) applications.
- Understand business requirements and functional specifications related to loan processing.
- Prepare and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test data.
- Perform functional, regression, smoke, and end-to-end testing.
- Validate loan application workflows, customer onboarding, document verification, credit assessment, and loan approval processes.
- Execute database testing using SQL queries to validate data accuracy and integrity.
- Log, track, and manage defects using JIRA or similar defect-tracking tools.
- Coordinate with developers, business analysts, and business teams to resolve defects.
- Participate in requirement analysis, test planning, and defect review meetings.
- Prepare test execution reports and share daily/weekly status updates.
