Your Profile
- Work experience - 7-8 years.
- Excellent knowledge of Windows 10/11 operating systems, Windows registry concepts, robust analytical and technical skills.
- IT security awareness; working knowledge of endpoint antivirus like CrowdStrike and Windows Defender; Microsoft O365; ITIL process awareness; working knowledge of ticketing tools like Ivanti and ServiceNow.
- BMC Remedy; scripting languages like PowerShell, VBScript, Shell scripting, etc. (added advantage).
