About the Role

We provide accounting and bookkeeping services to clients in the United States. We are looking for an Email Marketing Consultant to plan and run email campaigns that bring in leads and nurture them into clients. You will work closely with our sales team and report on results.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and run cold outreach, newsletter and nurture email campaigns for US small businesses, CPAs and accounting firms.

- Write transparent, persuasive email copy, subject lines and follow-up sequences.

- Build and segment email lists, and keep them clean and compliant with CAN-SPAM and similar rules.

- Set up and manage campaigns in email tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, Instantly, Lemlist or similar).

- Manage deliverability: domain warm-up, SPF, DKIM and DMARC, and spam-rate monitoring.

- Run A/B tests on subject lines, content and send times to improve results.

- Track open rate, reply rate, click rate and leads generated,



and share a simple weekly or monthly report.

- Coordinate with the sales team so that interested replies are passed on quickly.

Requirements

- 2 to 5 years of experience in email marketing or outbound email campaigns, preferably for US audiences

- Hands-on experience with at least one email automation tool

- Strong written English and good copywriting skills

- Understanding of deliverability, list hygiene and email compliance

- Comfortable with basic analytics and reporting

- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools or B2B lead generation is a plus

- Experience in accounting, finance or professional services is an advantage
