Description

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience of Product Requirements and Test Management tool viz IBM Enterprise lifecycle Management (ELM) is a MUST.

3-4 years of experience in systems engineering with IBM ELM tools.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, innovative solutioning skills

Conceptual ITIL Knowledge and understanding of Agile / scrum methodology (Agile SAFe)

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Must to have Skills

Familiarity with Agile methodologies.

Hands on Experience with L1 and L2 Customizations in IBM ELM

Experience with model-based systems engineering (MBSE).

Knowledge of compliance standards relevant to the industry.

Round the clock / rotation work hours would be required

Positive to have

Requirements Management: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze,



and document requirements in DNG. Ensure traceability throughout the project lifecycle using IBM ELM.

Systems Design: Participate in the design and validation of systems using model-based approaches with Rhapsody. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure integration.

Software Development: Develop and implement software solutions based on defined requirements with CCM. Collaborate with QA teams to ensure high-quality deliverables via Global Configurations in ELM.

Testing and Validation: Create and execute test plans, ensuring that systems meet functional and non-functional requirements using ETM.

Project Coordination: Assist in managing project timelines and deliverables. Facilitate communication among team members and stakeholders in CCM.
