Department: Electrical Panel Manufacturing

Experience: 2–5 years preferred

Location: Bengaluru

Job Responsibilities

- Assemble, wire, and install PLC control panels as per approved electrical drawings.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, GA drawings, and panel layouts.
- Perform panel wiring for PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, SMPS, relays, contactors, MCBs, and other electrical components.
- Carry out power wiring, control wiring, terminal connections, and cable dressing.
- Follow electrical safety standards and maintain positive panel workmanship.
- Perform continuity checks, point-to-point verification, and basic electrical testing.
- Identify and troubleshoot wiring errors and electrical faults.
- Coordinate with design and engineering teams to resolve drawing-related issues.
- Support panel testing, FAT activities, and site installation when required.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- ITI / Diploma in Electrical or a related field.




- Practical experience in PLC control panel wiring and assembly.
- Ability to read and understand electrical drawings.
- Basic knowledge of EPLAN Electric P8 and AutoCAD Electrical.
- Knowledge of panel components, wiring standards, ferruling, crimping, and termination.
- Familiarity with industrial automation panels and electrical safety practices.
- Ability to work independently and meet project delivery schedules.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with Siemens PLC panels and industrial automation systems.
- Knowledge of UL508A panel wiring practices is an advantage.
- Experience with panel inspection, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites when required.
