About the RoleBoatload Minds Pvt. Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic and technically motivated Electronics Engineering Interns to join our R&D; Hardware Engineering Team.

This internship provides an opportunity to work alongside experienced hardware engineers on real-world product development, electronics integration, PCBA bring-up, troubleshooting, and functional validation activities.

Selected candidates will gain practical exposure to the complete hardware development and testing process for smart vending and automated machine systems.

Key Responsibilities

- PCBA Bring-up: Assist senior engineers with initial board bring-up, electrical measurements, and functional verification.
- Hardware Troubleshooting: Identify and troubleshoot PCBA-level issues under the guidance of senior engineers.
- Electrical Integration: Integrate electronic and electrical components into new machine prototypes and validate their functionality.
- Testing Jig Development: Assemble and set up in-house testing jigs for electrical and electronic components, including continuous parameter monitoring.
- Component Sourcing: Support electronic component identification, selection, sourcing, and alternative evaluation.
- Circuit Assembly: Assemble and solder electronic components onto PCBs and general-purpose prototype boards for testing and validation.
- Functional Validation: Perform electrical measurements, component-level testing, and system-level functionality verification.
- Technical Documentation: Prepare detailed test reports, measurement records, validation results, and issue observations.

Required Qualifications & Skills




- B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE) or Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE).
- 2026 passed-out graduates only.
- Basic understanding of electronic components, circuits, and PCB fundamentals.
- Familiarity with electrical measurement instruments such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and DC power supplies.
- Basic knowledge of soldering, circuit assembly, and troubleshooting.
- Interest in embedded hardware, electronics testing, and product development.
- Good analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work collaboratively with senior engineers and follow technical instructions.

What You Will LearnDuring this internship, candidates will gain hands-on exposure to:
- Practical PCBA bring-up and troubleshooting techniques.
- Real-time electrical and electronic system integration.
- Oscilloscope, multimeter, and laboratory power supply usage.
- Testing jig development and validation methodologies.
- Electronic component selection and sourcing procedures.
- PCB assembly, soldering, and prototype development.
- Engineering documentation and structured test reporting.
- Industrial product development and R&D; engineering practices.
