Company: Wizzowl Jewellery

Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu

Employment Type: Full-time

Experience: 3–5 years

Salary: ₹35,000–₹55,000 per month, depending on experience and capability

Industry: D2C E-commerce | Silver Jewellery | Fashion & Lifestyle

About Wizzowl

Wizzowl is a contemporary silver jewellery brand creating jewellery for everyday life. Our collections include silver nose pins, nose rings, earrings, ear cuffs, toe rings, chains and other everyday jewellery.

We are strengthening our e-commerce business and rebuilding the customer experience to create a scalable, profitable D2C brand. We are looking for a hands-on E-commerce Manager who can take ownership of our online store, improve conversion rates, increase revenue and build efficient systems for sustainable growth.

Role Overview

As E-commerce Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance and growth of Wizzowl's online business. You will manage our Shopify store, improve the customer journey, coordinate digital acquisition, optimise product merchandising, monitor business performance and build retention strategies.

We are looking for someone who understands the commercial side of e-commerce: revenue, conversion, average order value, customer acquisition cost, repeat purchases and profitability.

Key Responsibilities1. Shopify Store Management

- Manage and continuously improve the Wizzowl Shopify website.
- Own product listings, collections, navigation, merchandising, pricing and promotions.
- Coordinate product launches, landing pages, campaign pages and seasonal collections.
- Improve mobile shopping experience, site speed, checkout flow and product discovery.
- Work with developers and apps to resolve technical issues and improve store functionality.
- Maintain product information, images, descriptions, FAQs, trust elements and jewellery authenticity details.

1. Online Revenue and Conversion Growth

- Develop and execute plans to grow website revenue and order volume.
- Analyse the customer journey from product discovery to purchase.
- Identify and fix conversion bottlenecks across product pages, cart and checkout.
- Improve add-to-cart rate, checkout completion, average order value and overall conversion rate.
- Test bundles, cross-sells, upsells, offers and merchandising strategies.
- Track sales, discounts, returns, cancellations and contribution to profitability.

1. Performance Marketing Coordination

- Work closely with internal teams, freelancers or agencies managing Meta and Google Ads.
- Monitor traffic quality, conversion performance,

customer acquisition cost and return on ad spend.
- Connect campaign performance with actual Shopify revenue and profitability.
- Coordinate creative requirements, landing pages, product feeds and campaign promotions.
- Identify underperforming campaigns and recommend actionable improvements.
- Ensure tracking, pixels, conversion events and reporting are functioning correctly.

Note: This is a business ownership role, not just an ad-reporting role. Candidates who can independently manage paid advertising are preferred, but the manager must at least be capable of analysing performance and holding agencies accountable.

1. SEO and Organic Growth

- Coordinate technical SEO, product and collection page optimisation.
- Improve category architecture, internal linking, metadata and product content.
- Work on organic visibility for relevant keywords, including silver nose pins and silver mookuthi.
- Coordinate blogs, buying guides and other useful search-focused content.
- Monitor organic traffic, search rankings and revenue from organic channels.
- Support recovery and growth of Wizzowl's organic search presence.

1. Customer Retention and CRM

- Develop WhatsApp, email and other retention campaigns.
- Plan abandoned-cart, browse-abandonment, post-purchase and repeat-purchase flows.
- Work on customer segmentation, reactivation, loyalty and referral initiatives.
- Analyse repeat purchase rates and customer lifetime value.
- Coordinate promotional campaigns without over-relying on discounts.

1. Product and Inventory Coordination

- Work with the product and operations teams to maintain accurate online inventory.
- Plan product launches and prioritise collections based on demand and sales performance.
- Monitor bestsellers, slow-moving products, stockouts and return patterns.
- Coordinate with the manufacturing and supply team to improve product availability.
- Maintain accurate product information and consistency across the website and marketing channels.

1. Analytics and Reporting

- Maintain a transparent weekly and monthly e-commerce performance dashboard.
- Track revenue, orders, sessions, conversion rate, AOV, CAC, ROAS, repeat purchases and returns.
- Analyse performance by product, category,

campaign and traffic source.
- Identify growth opportunities using data rather than assumptions.
- Present a clear action plan covering what worked, what did not and what should happen next.

Required Skills and Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in e-commerce, preferably with a D2C brand.
- Hands-on experience managing Shopify or a comparable e-commerce platform.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce conversion, merchandising and online revenue growth.
- Working knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, GA4 and conversion tracking.
- Understanding of SEO, CRM, WhatsApp marketing and retention campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Experience with product catalogues, promotions, inventory coordination and order workflows.
- Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks and execute improvements without constant supervision.
- Strong communication, ownership and problem-solving skills.

Experience in jewellery, fashion, accessories, beauty or lifestyle D2C brands will be an advantage.

Performance Metrics (KPIs)

The E-commerce Manager will be evaluated on:
- Online revenue and month-on-month growth.
- Website conversion rate and checkout completion.
- Average order value and revenue per session.
- Customer acquisition cost and marketing efficiency.
- Repeat purchase rate and customer retention.
- Organic traffic and organic revenue growth.
- Product availability, merchandising accuracy and website experience.
- Profitability and the quality of reporting and execution.

Targets will be established after reviewing the current business baseline and available marketing budget. Who Should Apply?

We are looking for a practical, commercially minded professional who enjoys building systems, solving problems and growing an online business.

You should be comfortable working in a growing company where you will have direct ownership, quick decision-making and the opportunity to influence the business.

Candidates who only coordinate tasks or prepare reports without taking ownership of results may not be the right fit.

How to Apply

Please share your resume along with a brief note covering:

- The D2C or e-commerce brands you have managed.
- The approximate monthly online revenue you have handled.
- One measurable improvement you achieved in revenue, conversion or marketing efficiency.
- Your experience with Shopify, Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO and CRM.

Join Wizzowl and help build a stronger, more scalable D2C jewellery brand. Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per month
